Gray Construction acquires Spencer Bristol consulting design engineering of Norcross, Ga.

LEXINGTON (April 3, 2017) – Nationally ranked design-build firm Gray Construction is pleased to announce its acquisition of Spencer Bristol Engineering, a consulting design engineering firm based in Norcross, Ga. The similar values of the companies brought them together to complement each other’s business interests.

Spencer Bristol Engineering will continue its work in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and process piping design engineering under the capable leadership of principals Morley Spencer and Doug Bristol.
