VERSAILLES, Ky. (May 23, 2016) — Jennifer Miracle, Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) contract manager, recently won the Distinguished Service Award from the National Association of Educational Procurement. The award recognizes those who provide extraordinary service to their institutions, the higher education community, the association or the purchasing profession.
Miracle has been a KCTCS employee for 17 years, 15 of which have been in procurement. Earlier this year, the Kentucky Public Procurement Association awarded Miracle the Values and Guiding Principles Award. She currently serves as vice president of the Kentucky National Association of Education Procurement.
