Omni Architects’ Chad Gallas named to BD+C under 40

LEXINGTON, KY – November 12, 2024 -Chad Gallas, AIA, partner at Omni Architects, has been selected for Building Design + Construction’s “40 Under 40” class of 2024. This national recognition celebrates rising leaders in architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate for their professional achievements and contributions to their communities.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky’s College of Design, School of Architecture, Gallas began his career at Omni as an architectural intern, advancing to partner within just thirteen
years – the youngest professional in the firm’s history to achieve this success. He demonstrates his leadership abilities as a firm partner and as a designer responsible for bringing his clients’
goals and aspirations to fruition. Gallas is passionate about mentoring future architects, advising and directing them through his roles in the firm leader, in civic organizations, and as an
instructor of an advanced digital media course at the UK College of Design, where he encourages future professionals to embrace innovations that enhance industry methodologies and processes.

Gallas has completed notable professional development programs, including the AIA Kentucky Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program, Leadership Central Kentucky, the AIAS Professional Mentorship Program, and the AIA Leadership Institute, underscoring his commitment to growth and influence as an AEC community leader.
