Commercial Lines Account Manager
Duties:
– Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
– Manage a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
– Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processes
– Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage
– Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and conditions for new and existing policies
– Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
– Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
– Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Experience:
– Minimum of 3years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry
– Familiar with Applied Epic system preferred along with Office 365
– Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
– Property and Casualty Licensed
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
– Proficient in using insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
