
Lexington has been named one of the best-run cities in the nation based on a WalletHub study that compared the operational efficiency of 148 of the nation’s largest cities.
For each city, WalletHub calculated a “Quality of City Services” score based on 36 key performance indicators and compared that score against the city’s total per-capita budget.
Lexington ranked No. 2 out of all 148 cities. Louisville had an overall ranking of 56.
