JQOL Global, an Indiana-based civil engineering firm, is investing $6.4 million to open a new office in Louisville that will create 113 full-time positions with an average hourly wage of over $59, including benefits.
Founded in 2019, JQOL Global is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE) and full-service civil engineering firm based in Indianapolis. The company offers a wide range of engineering services, including site, structural and transportation as well as surveying and construction administration.
The company is establishing its Louisville location in an existing 5,000-square-foot building on Baxter Avenue. The Louisville office will be the company’s second Kentucky location; the company also has an office in Owensboro.
