
PADUCAH, Ky. ā CSI, a provider of end-to-end financial software and technology, announced it has appointed Ken Gayron as chief financial officer. Gayron has served in senior financial and operational roles for both public and private equity-backed software and technology companies for more than 25 years.
In his role, Gayron will oversee the companyās finance and accounting functions, driving cross-functional support and data to enable informed decision-making for CSI as it continues to grow.

Prior to joining CSI, Gayron was the CFO and executive vice president of video-editing software company Avid, where he was part of the five-member executive team that steered the company to a subscription and software-as-a-service model, grew five-year share price by 550% and navigated a $1.4 billion acquisition by private equity firm STG in November 2023. He also served as CFO and interim CEO of Numerex Corporationāa leading, single-source provider of managed enterprise solutions enabling the Internet of Thingsāwhere he led the successful merger with Sierra Wireless. He has held similar roles at Osmotica Pharmaceutical Corp., Sensus, Inc. and Nuance Communications.
