Gourmet Express, a private company that produces skillet meals under the Gourmet Dining label, is set to begin production at its new Greenville facility next month. In 2006, the company purchased a 312,000-s.f. building that formerly housed a SuperValu supermarket, with plans to move its manufacturing operation from Gridley, Ill., to Greenville.
