D.C. — U.S. Congressman Andy Barr (KY-06) has been named the ranking member of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on National Security, International Development and Monetary Policy. This subcommittee is responsible for oversight over the Federal Reserve System, as well as domestic and international fiscal policy.
