Johnson Controls has closed its plant in Cadiz as the Milwaukee-based company moves forward with its plan to restructure the business. The plant, which employed some 560 people and was the county’s largest employer, was originally slated to close by summer, but a change in the restructuring timetable resulted in an announcement that the 300,000-s.f. plant would close in March instead.
