The law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl has expanded its presence in the commonwealth with a new office in Frankfort. Carl Breeding, Rusty Cress Jr., and Bert May, all formerly with Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC, joined Dinsmore & Shohl effective May 1, and will be working out of the Frankfort office. “Their arrival significantly expands our capabilities in the governmental affairs, regulatory and administrative areas, as well as our environmental law practice,” said George Vincent, managing partner for the firm. “Establishing a presence in Kentucky’s capital will enable us to more effectively assist clients in their dealings with law makers and regulatory officials.”
