Roll Coater Inc., a company that specializes in pre-fabrication coil-coating services to steel mills and metal service centers, will be laying off 88 workers at its plant in Hawesville, according to paperwork filed with the state. The Hawesville plant is one of five owned by the Indianapolis-based company.
