Litigation attorney joins Morgan & Pottinger

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Dec. 14, 2017) — Michael Troutman has joined Morgan & Pottinger’s Louisville office as a senior associate. Troutman’s practice focuses on business law and litigation, family law, employment and labor law, and estate planning.

“Michael brings strong litigation experience to Morgan & Pottinger, as well as new practice areas like family law that allow us to expand the range of services we offer clients,” said Mindy Sunderland, managing director of Morgan & Pottinger’s Louisville office. “We’re fortunate to be growing the firm, and Michael is an excellent addition to our legal team.”

Troutman joined Morgan & Pottinger after more than six years in practice as a solo practitioner. He is a graduate of the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, and he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky.

“Morgan & Pottinger is well-established in Louisville and across Kentucky and Southern Indiana, so I was excited about the opportunity to join the firm,” said Troutman. “I look forward to helping strengthen their existing legal practice while working with the firm to expand into new service areas.”
