Small Business Development Center to host free workshop for retail, restaurant businesses

May 22 in Prestonsburg

PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (May 11, 2017) — Morehead State University’s East Kentucky Small Business Development Center in Pikeville will host “The Small Town Merchant Program,” from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 22 at the Big Sandy Area Development District in Prestonsburg.

Specialist Marc Wilson will discuss how small retail and restaurant businesses can learn to grow and prosper.

The workshop is free, however, seating is limited and advance registration is required. A light lunch will be served.
