âThis is a special place and being able to impact its future remains important to me,â stated Dr. Karpf. âAnd Fayette Alliance is an organization that has done a great job of balancing our economic, housing and agricultural issues. Joining their efforts will allow me to continue to contribute in a meaningful way to Lexingtonâs success.â
