LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 19, 2016) — The SEC today announced that the University of Kentucky’s Oct. 1 game at No. 1 Alabama will begin at 6 p.m. local time (7 p.m. in Lexington) and will air on ESPN.
Kentucky (1-2 overall, 0-1 in the SEC) earned its first win of the season on Saturday, 62-42 against New Mexico State. UK hosts South Carolina (2-1, 1-0) at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Alabama (3-0, 1-0) beat Mississippi 48-43 on Saturday. The Crimson Tide host Kent State on Saturday.
Damien Harris, a 2015 graduate of Madison Southern High School, rushed for 144 yards on 16 carries and scored his first touchdown of the season for Alabama against Mississippi. Harris has surpassed 100 yards in two of three games and has 327 yards on 36 carries this season.
