Michael D. Kalinyak represents clients with state and federal tax issues, including audit defense and administrative protest and appeals for disputes involving: income tax, payroll and employment tax disputes, trust fund recovery assessments, sales and use tax, property tax, public service company tax and penalty abatement requests.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Kalinyak served as the Executive Director of the Finance and Administration Cabinet’s Office of General Counsel. Matthew R. Malone represents clients in state and federal litigation, including trial and appellate matters. Mr. Malone’s extensive experience spans personal injury, class action matters, administrative law, criminal defense, and domestic relations, including significant judgments and settlements in many high-profile cases.
Aaron D. Reedy is active in the firm’s Litigation, Business, and Real Estate Practices. Mr. Reedy has represented a wide range of clients in complex business and real estate transactions and litigated matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. He focuses his practice on business litigation, business planning, real estate and personal injury law.
