
LEXINGTON, Ky. — At Commerce Lexington’s Salute to Small Business Awards Luncheon presented by Forcht Bank, ExecuTrain was named the 2024 Small Business of the Year. The recipient of this year’s award in the Business Success Category, ExecuTrain was chosen for the honor from three different category winners. The week-long celebration featured events, Facebook Live segments, and video vignettes of the category winners.
Established in 1994, ExecuTrain has been a trailblazer in professional training, sculpting the skills and expertise of more than 12 million people across diverse business sectors. Led by president and CEO Crinda Francke, the company is a trusted Subject Matter Expert for Fortune 500 companies, specializing in training management, course design, and project staffing. After working as a sales manager at ExecuTrain for a few years, Franke purchased the Lexington franchise and then expanded it to Louisville. In 2020, Franke finalized the buy-out of ExecuTrain United States, further transforming the business as an exceptional provider of custom learning solutions with strong growth and client retention, expanding its reach throughout the U.S. and Mexico.
