Paladin welcomes Erica Weeks as Director of Green Building Certifications

Paladin, a leading commissioning, engineering, and sustainability consulting firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Erica Weeks, LEED Fellow, AIA as its director of green building certifications. With a distinguished career of certifying over 200 buildings across 18 states, she brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to the firm.

Weeks holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has numerous credentials. A licensed architect, her credentials include NCARB, EDAC (Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification), WELL AP, SITES AP, TRUE Advisor, Living Future Accredited Professional, and Fitwel Ambassador. Her LEED accreditations include LEED Fellow, LEED for Cities + Communities Pro, LEED AP BD+C, LEED ID+C, LEED HOMES, LEED ND, and LEED O+M.

A passionate advocate for sustainable practices, she is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences and events, fostering dialogue about the future of sustainability and its impact on the built environment. As a mentor and community contributor at scale, Erica volunteers her expertise to local students, advisory boards, and national committees, such as the USGBC’s Water Technical Advisory Group, where she is the current chair.
