GEORGETOWN, Ky. — Dan Cummins Auto Group is breaking ground next week on its newest dealership, a cutting-edge facility that will bring the latest Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, and Jeep vehicles and expanded services to Georgetown on a 500,000-plus-s.f. site expected to open in late 2025.
Paris-Ky.-based Cummins has Chevrolet and Chrysler Dodge RAM Jeep dealerships in Paris and Georgetown. The new Georgetown CDRJ operation on a 574,242-s.f. site marks a major investment in the local economy and reflects Dan Cummins Auto Group’s ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, the company said.
The upcoming dealership will feature a developed area of 362,241 square feet, with an additional 212,001 square feet reserved for future expansion, ensuring that the facility can evolve alongside the needs of its customers.
This additional location will further expand a partnership with C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Special Advocated for Children) and the ability to serve even more children in need through our philanthropic efforts that are tied to each vehicle sale at Dan Cummins. Cummins provides support and essential resources to vulnerable children to ensure they receive the care and advocacy they deserve.
Key features of the new dealership are:
Underground Storm Water Detention: The facility will incorporate environmentally responsible underground storm detention systems, designed to manage runoff effectively and protect local waterways, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
EV Charging Stations: Anticipating growing demand for electric vehicles, the dealership will include EV charging stations, reinforcing support for eco-friendly transportation.
Extensive Inventory Parking: With parking space for over 500 vehicles, the dealership will offer a vast selection of Chrysler, Dodge, RAM and Jeep vehicles, from the newest models to certified pre-owned options, providing customers with a wide range of choices.
Integrated Dealership Services: The state-of-the-art facility will include over 24,000 s.f. of climate-controlled service space, featuring areas for vehicle maintenance, washing, detailing, and a full-service car wash. Additionally, 33,000 s.f. will be dedicated to sales, technician/parts and administrative offices aimed toward improving the customer experience.
“We are thrilled to break ground on this exciting new project,” said Josh Cummins, president of the Auto Group. “This dealership is more than just a new building; it’s a testament to our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and serving our customers and community with the highest standards.”
