In his new role as Associate Relationship Manager, Grady Shiflet will leverage his diverse background to succeed. At the University Alabama, Shiflet ran track and obtained a degree in psychology. Being a student-athlete taught him to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
After graduating in May 2023, Shiflet immediately enrolled in the University of Kentucky’s accelerated MBA program to improve his business acumen. During his first year at Kentucky, Shiflet became fascinated with Finance, which led him to an opportunity at Fifth Third.
