Chicken Salad Chick, an Atlanta-based fast-casual restaurant chain, has announced plans to open its ninth Kentucky location in Murray’s Olympic Plaza shopping center.
The new location, which is set to open on June 18, will be the second Chicken Salad Chick site for business partners Katie Englert and Tony Engler, who opened their first one in Paducah three years ago.
In addition to a spacious dining room that will be open for lunch and dinner, the Murray location will feature a large kitchen to fulfill catering orders and will offer delivery and curbside pickup.
