European Design Inc., a Glasgow company that produces cabinetry for dental health care professionals, has been acquired by Midmark Corp. for an undisclosed amount. Midmark, headquartered in Versailles, Ohio, develops products, services and technologies for the health care industry and plans to add European Design’s cabinetry to its existing line of dental casework. European Design employs approximately 50 people and will continue to operate out of Glasgow, according to a statement released by Midmark. European Design founders John and Deborah Brinkerhoff will remain with Midmark as consultants.
