The two B’s in Kentucky usually mean basketball and bourbon. In this cocktail, the “B” in basketball is replaced by Bee’s, or more importantly honey from a bee. The Kentucky Bee is sure to “B” a favorite this holiday season.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- 0.5 oz. Aperol
- 0.5 oz. Kentucky Honey Syrup
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 2-3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, top with ice, and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail glass over ice.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
