Heartland Inc. has acquired 37 industrial acres in Washington Court House, Ohio, with the intention of building and operating a structural steel service center. The Middlesboro-based company plans to build a 60,000-s.f. building that can be doubled in size when necessary. Randy Frevert has been named president of the new venture, Heartland Steel Inc.
