MOREHEAD, Ky. — AppHarvest is set to make its stock-market debut Monday. Novus Capital Corp. completed its merger with AppHarvest this week. The company is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq next week. AppHarvest CEO and founder Jonathan Webb will continue to lead.
