RICHMOND, Ky. — Matthew Ashby joined Baldwin CPAs in January 2021 as a client accounting specialist in its Richmond office. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, and risk Management and insurance.
