SynTerra hires Danny McCormick to lead construction management program

GREENVILLE, S.C. — SynTerra Corp., a science and engineering firm with offices throughout the southeast, announced the hiring of Danny McCormick as the company’s construction management program director. McCormick has 40 years of professional experience managing project phases, from planning through closeout. McCormick will work out of SynTerra’s Charlotte, N.C., office.

McCormick’s versatility ranges from civil-infrastructure projects to groundwater restoration and remediation to industrial and chemical projects. He has managed projects in the public, private, and military sectors, and he has vast experience working with state and federal regulators.

Founded in 1993, SynTerra is an employee‐owned firm of engineers, geologists, scientists and surveyors who help clients meet business objectives and address technical challenges. Clients include manufacturers, mining operations, utilities, pulp and paper companies, developers, and government agencies.
